By accessing or using getdinga.com, the Dinga app, or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Dinga. By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Our Services

Dinga offers a digital marketplace for:

Clients to discover and book luxury chauffeur-driven vehicles.
Vehicle owners to list their cars for approved chauffeur-driven rentals.
Dinga to coordinate professional drivers, manage bookings, and facilitate payments between parties.

Dinga acts as a facilitator and technology provider, not as a direct vehicle rental company. Each booking constitutes a contract between the client, the assigned driver, and the vehicle owner.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account on Dinga. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify Dinga immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

5. Vehicle Listings and Bookings

For Clients:

You may browse available vehicles and submit bookings through the Dinga platform.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking details (vehicle, driver, timing, fees) will be confirmed via email or app notification.

For Vehicle Owners:

You agree to provide accurate vehicle details, condition reports, and documentation.
Your vehicle must be fully insured, roadworthy, and compliant with all applicable laws.
Dinga reserves the right to inspect or delist any vehicle that does not meet quality or safety standards.

6. Drivers

Dinga works only with verified professional drivers.

All drivers must meet our screening, licensing, and conduct requirements.

Clients and owners agree to treat drivers respectfully and follow all service policies.

7. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Dinga’s approved payment systems.
Prices are inclusive of service and driver fees unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations, refunds, and additional charges (e.g., extra hours, fuel surcharges, damage claims) are governed by Dinga’s Booking & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
Dinga may charge platform service fees for facilitating transactions.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary based on timing and booking type.

Client cancellations: May incur fees if within a restricted time window.
Owner/Driver cancellations: Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or suspension.

Dinga reserves the right to mediate disputes fairly but is not liable for third-party cancellations or non-performance.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse or damage any vehicle, driver, or equipment.
Engage in illegal or unsafe activity during a ride.
Use the platform for fraudulent purposes or unauthorized advertising.
Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of Dinga’s systems.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

10. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles listed on Dinga must carry valid insurance coverage.

Dinga facilitates insured, chauffeur-driven rentals but does not provide primary insurance for owners or clients unless explicitly stated.

Dinga is not responsible for damages, accidents, or losses arising from improper use, driver negligence, or third-party actions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dinga platform — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, videos, and software — is the property of Dinga or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without written consent.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using Dinga, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

13. Disclaimers

Dinga provides the platform and related services “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or performance of the platform.

While we strive to verify all users, Dinga is not responsible for the actions or omissions of clients, vehicle owners, or drivers.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunity, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Dinga for the booking in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dinga, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

16. Modifications

Dinga may update these Terms from time to time.
